PreSeason Programs

PRESEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (5:00-5:45pm):

Offering a jumpstart on workouts that will be featured during regular season practices, sessions are specifically designed to improve speed, strength, endurance, and explosiveness to directly impact the athlete’s performance on the court. Players are encouraged to register for all six - OR - individual sessions in preparation for club season ($17 each).

PRESEASON REPS (5:45-7:00pm):

Can’t wait for the first practice to get moving and improving? PreSeason Reps are for you! The hour and fifteen minute sessions are fast paced and repetition driven. Sessions are capped at 75 athletes and only open to those participating in the 2024-25 club program. $25/session. Register today to reserve your spot!

  • FLEXIBLE OPTIONS: register for all six dates or select individual programs during registration
