Players have until the end of the day Tuesday, March 19th to officially accept their roster spots in the program.

Tryout Acceptance

CONGRATULATIONS! You have been officially offered an opportunity to be part of the 2024 Pipeline family! We could not be more excited to have you with us this season! You are only a few clicks away from finalizing your spot. See below for instructions and if you have any questions email Austin at - austin@pipelinevolleyball.club.

Please take the time to read and complete each step. This will allow us to hit the ground running, keep you fully informed and up-to-date with all club info for the length of the season!

NEXT STEPS (in order below):

To be completed by end of day Tuesday, March 19th:

  1. Register on Leagueapps to Accept Spot

  2. Pay Acceptance Fee (Zelle/CC) *only if you did not bring a check to tryouts

  3. Complete 2023-24 Player Information Form *only if you are a new player who did not play in the 2023-24 Fall/Winter Season

  4. Print out program specific Promissory Note

  5. Attend the Pre-Season Registration Night MARCH 20TH

1. REGISTER ON LEAGUEAPPS TO ACCEPT SPOT:

**THIS WILL NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT. THIS IS TO COMPLETE ACCEPTANCE (or decline spot) AND ALL NECESSARY WAIVERS.

2. PAY ACCEPTANCE FEE ($300):

**IF YOU BROUGHT A CHECK TO TRYOUTS, YOUR CHECK WILL NOT BE CASHED UNTIL STEP 1 IS COMPLETED ABOVE

**Acceptance Fees are non-refundable transactions and are required to finalize the athlete’s place in the program.

**Acceptance Fees are INCLUDED in the overall dues, and not an additional fee.

5. ATTEND THE PRESEASON REGISTRATION NIGHT MARCH 20TH:

Registration Night is Wednesday, March 20th, anytime between 5:30p and 7:00p at the Schaumburg Sports Center (1141 W Irving Park Rd). Come when convenient as it should only take a few minutes to get through.

What happens at the Preseason Registration Night?

  • Try on Uniforms

    • This is only required for NEW players. Players from the 2023-24 Fall/Winter Season can re-use their uniforms.

    • We will send you a link, following the registration night to order uniforms on the REN ATHLETICS website. This MUST be completed by end of day on Thursday, March 21st.

    • Per the tryout packet, the REQUIRED uniform package is 2 custom game jerseys, 2 custom game shorts, a windbreaker warm-up jacket, and backpack. ($260, can only pay online).

  • Hand in Program Specific Promissory Notes and Check Payment (if paying via check)

    • If paying via installments due 4/15 and 5/15, please bring and post-date checks. We will input them on the corresponding dates.

    • If paying via CC, we will send you the link.

  • Ask the Directors Additional Questions

    • Pipeline Directors Austin and Matthew will be there to answer any additional questions that you may have!
