Pipeline Boys was established in 2010 to provide elite training for those pursuing excellence in volleyball. We currently offer competitive programs with elite training to boys in grades 5 - 12. More information on each program can be found by clicking one of the images below!
We believe that Pipeline can and will become the premier volleyball club in the northwest suburbs. Servicing student-athletes from grade school through high school, and facilitating a winning culture. We believe this will happen by bringing 100% every single time we walk into a gym. We know that there are days where physically, mentally, or emotionally you might be drained - but being able to push through those tough days are what make champions. Anyone can work hard when they want to, but the true greats are the ones who are able to push through even when they don’t feel like it.
We will have a growth mindset with our players. We will give attention to every kid, and not give up on any. Every player will be given the opportunity to reach their full potential, because every coach will have the mentality, and volleyball knowledge, to help them succeed. Everyone will grow together, us as coaches, and leaders, and them as players and young men.
It is important that we reflect the Pipeline way in all of our actions, on and off the court and are great ambassadors for the club. We need to teach our players to be respectful in victory as well as defeat, and help them to understand that a loss is merely an opportunity to learn and get better.
We will not complain to the referees, and never look down on an opponent. We will show respect to all other competitors. They will have this attitude, if we first demonstrate it. We must hold ourselves to a higher standard, so we can then hold our players to a higher standard.
More than anything, we want the kids to truly enjoy coming into the gym everyday. It starts with us. There is absolutely no substitute for energy and genuine passion. If we bring that to every practice and tournament our players will respect us, and want to play hard for us. They have to know that we care before they will ever return the favor.
